We’re pleased to announce that Paul Smith, PE has been promoted to Northwest Region Vice President.
Paul has been serving in this role on an interim basis while also leading our Vancouver branch, providing steady direction and thoughtful leadership during a period of significant growth and change. His contributions have helped position the Northwest Region for continued success, and we’re excited to see him continue in this role moving forward.
Since joining MacKay Sposito in 2007, Paul has built a strong foundation of experience across our Pasco, Federal Way, and Vancouver offices. Throughout his time with the company, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to our core values, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for building and supporting high-performing teams.
