MacKay Sposito contributes to the LakePointe Urban Village in Covington, Washington, by delivering a full suite of services, including master planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying. This transformative project reimagines a former gravel mine into a vibrant, mixed-use development featuring residential neighborhoods, commercial spaces, parks, public amenities, and a central 20-acre lake.
