Project Description

MacKay Sposito has played a key role in continuing improvements of the Harmony Sports Complex, a major recreational hub in Clark County that serves athletes and families across the western United States. Collaborating with County staff, the Harmony Sports Association, Washington Timbers, and Cascade Little League, our team refined site plan alternatives to align with the complex’s diverse programming and circulation needs.

Our services included land use planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying, and construction administration for extensive site and infrastructure upgrades. Improvements focused on increasing capacity and safety, featuring redesigned roadways, signalized intersection upgrades on SE 192nd Avenue, new entry lanes, and expanded parking areas. Enhanced landscaping, lighting, and new sports fields supported the complex’s ability to host high-attendance events, such as four major soccer and four major baseball tournaments that draw over 30,000 attendees annually.
