Project Description

To support a growing fleet of 60-foot, low-floor, hybrid buses, C-TRAN expanded its maintenance facility in Vancouver, WA. The 16,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up addition houses a new down-draft paint booth and a vehicle lift, enabling improved servicing capabilities and allowing busses to dry and return to service just 40 minutes after being painted. The project also includes expanding the surrounding parking area to accommodate increased operations.

MacKay Sposito oversaw construction inspection for the full duration of the project, from initial ground-breaking through final inspection. Our role also included coordinating all phases of special inspections to ensure quality and compliance throughout construction.
