Jun 23, 2025 in People

As MacKay Sposito continues to grow, we’re proud to announce several leadership transitions that strengthen our regional structure and support our long-term vision. These changes reflect our commitment to recognizing talent within our team and welcoming new expertise to help shape our future.

Paul Smith named Vancouver branch manager

Beginning July 9, Paul Smith will step into the role of branch manager for our Vancouver office. Paul has been leading our Federal Way branch with distinction. In this new role, he will oversee local consulting operations in Vancouver, including public works, land development, landscape architecture, land surveying, and environmental science and permitting. His leadership will provide alignment and ongoing support as we continue to strengthen our presence in Southwest Washington.

Lisa Moore appointed Federal Way branch manager

With Paul’s transition to Vancouver, Lisa Moore has been promoted to branch manager of our Federal Way office. Lisa has built her career with MacKay Sposito and is widely respected for her insight, dedication, and leadership. Her advancement reflects our focus on developing leaders from within and creating pathways for professional growth.

Welcoming Petru Acquaviva as chief development officer

We’re also pleased to welcome Petru Acquaviva as our new chief development officer. Based in New York and working remotely, Petru will guide our strategic growth initiatives with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. His expertise and perspective will be vital as we pursue opportunities that align with our long-term vision.

These leadership transitions represent exciting milestones for our firm. By combining internal advancement with strategic new hires, we’re building a structure designed to support growth, scalability, and opportunity for both our employees and the communities we serve.
