The Kubota World Distribution Center in Elk Grove, California spans 631,000 square feet on 45 acres and represents a $70 million investment supporting Kubota’s West Coast operations. Completed in December 2023, the project created over 100 new jobs and was recognized for its modern design and high-quality construction. MacKay Sposito provided key infrastructure support including roadway widening, master drainage and sewer studies, water system updates, and new traffic safety improvements such as signals, turn lanes, and a bike lane to enhance multimodal access.
