Project Highlights

  • Converted approximately one acre of track and field practice area to parking lot
  • Added 81 parking spaces to the existing parking lot
  • Removed and replaced the existing water quality swale
  • Project included a storm drainage system, parking area lighting, and landscape islands with irrigation
  • Redesigned the water quality swale to accommodate the location of the new parking lot
